What I'm building now
The work of my life, built to scale.
WAIOS, the Wellbeing AI Operating System, is the evolution of nearly two decades of helping companies measure and improve the wellbeing of their people. It takes the work I've done one organization at a time and makes it possible everywhere, continuously.

The Wellbeing AI Operating System
Why it exists
From consulting to a system
For years I've sat with CEOs, Chief People Officers, and CHROs to understand what drives the wellbeing of their people, measure it, and build it into their culture. The work changed companies. But it happened one company at a time, and the tools we had were too slow.
Most organizations still rely on an annual survey that people tune out and leaders rarely act on. By the time the results come in, the moment has passed. WAIOS replaces that with short, frequent check-ins inside the tools people already use, expert-led follow-through, and wellbeing tracked as a real business metric tied to cost, turnover, and performance.
It's the system I knew for years needed to exist, and waited for the technology to make possible.
- 01
Measure continuously
Frequent check-ins replace the once-a-year survey, so leaders see what's happening now.
- 02
Act on what you learn
Managers get specific, expert-guided actions, not another dashboard.
- 03
Prove it matters
Wellbeing becomes a hard business metric, measured alongside the numbers leaders already watch.

That is how Gross National Wellbeing becomes real: wellbeing measured right alongside GDP, as a core measure of success for every company, school, city, and nation.
